UUs Together on Monday, January 23 at 7:00 pm on Zoom for a presentation and discussion about –

“Reproductive Rights in Ohio Initiative”

Our presenters are from Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights
• Marcela Azevedo, MD, president of Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights (OPRR). Dr. Azevedo practices critical care/ICU medicine in Northeast Ohio. She is one of the original co-founders of OPRR.
• Aziza Wahby, DO, treasurer of OPRR. She practices dermatology in Northeast Ohio.
• Nancy Li, MD, secretary of OPRR. She practices family medicine in Northeast Ohio.
• David Burkons, MD, is an OPRR board member. He is a 2nd-generation Cleveland Ob/Gyn who has been in practice since 1977. He became active as an Abortion Provider in 2002 and now owns 3 of the 8 clinics remaining in Ohio, now the largest Provider in the State.
Discussion will follow.

Our agenda always includes chalice lighting, icebreaker introductions all around, opening and closing readings, and next steps.

UUs Together is a collaboration between Greater Cleveland Unitarian Universalist Congregations initiated by social justice volunteers at SWUU, WSUU, and UUCC. We come together to learn about and discuss important issues, and socialize with area UU members.
