In our March 24 service, Ellen Hansen-Ellis introduced the call process to the congregation: the important work of determining whether Reverend Ali will join our congregation as our permanent, settled minister. Reverend Ali has taken the first step and confirmed her interest in joining our congregation long-term. Now we begin gathering congregational feedback to assess our position and to record our vision for the future of SWUU.
The Call Committee will host ten opportunities for our congregation to gather and offer feedback on this important decision. Ali’s fit for our congregation will be part of larger questions on how we define SWUU’s ministry and our vision for our church moving forward.
