Insight Meditation is a practice that combines concentration with an exploration of how we can realize our true nature and develop happiness, peace, kindness, and ease with this life. It is not a religion and is beneficial for everyone. No experience is necessary. We meet in the church sanctuary, where there are plenty of comfortable chairs, but if you prefer, you may bring a cushion and sit on the floor. Please join us if it is convenient for you.
