On September 6 SWUU will host a Day Long Meditation sit for new people, as well as seasoned meditators. This will be a wonderful opportunity to see what meditation can do for you.
We will spend time with walking meditation as well as sitting.Mary Aubrey will be the teacher. She has worked with nationally known teacher Leigh Brasington and I am so happy that she is coming to us.
