Kumo Japanese Buffet is located on the south side of Snow Road, set back in a strip mall between the Orthodox church on the SW corner of Snow and Broadview and the Parma Snow Library. Kumo has a wide assortment of seafood, both Japanese (including sushi) and Chinese (e.g., spring rolls and potstickers), 6 types of soup including miso, hot and sour, and wonton, and much else including lines of hot dishes.

Please email david_slawson@sbcglobal.net if you are coming so I can request the back room if there are 20 or so. However it’s also fine to sit at tables out in the restaurant proper—still quiet enough to talk and you get to experience the variety of people who come. The staff mostly speak Chinese, which I like to listen to. “Thank you” in Chinese is “sheh-sheh,” “tastes really good” is “hun hau chir.” All are welcome to attend Cooks’ Night or Day Out!
