Ellen has served as the music director for
SWUU since 1990. She has a B.M. in Composition from Baldwin-Wallace College,
and plays piano and flute. She also writes original music for piano and voice
for performance in our church services.
The music at SWUU is an eclectic blend of many
styles and periods. Classical, jazz, blues, and folk music are all heard
regularly. The music is as varied as our services, and is selected to reflect
and enhance the theme and tone of each Sunday’s service.
