The Wednesday book group will continue to meet via ZOOM for the foreseeable future. The group is close to finishing We Are Called to be a Movement. This Wed. we will finish it and start our next book, How to be
an Antiracist by Ibram X Kendi. The book is described as ” a boldly
articulated, historically informed explanation of what exactly racist
ideas and thinking are.” The author “weaves an electrifying combination
of ethics, history, law and science with his own personal story of
awakening to antiracism.” We meet every Wed. afternoon from 1 until 3 on
zoom. We always welcome new participants.
