Our meditation will take place weekly via ZOOM. Insight Meditation is a practice that combines concentration with an exploration of how we can realize our true nature and develop happiness, peace, kindness, and ease with this life. It is not a religion and is beneficial for everyone. We sit weekly on Mondays, from 1:30 to 3:00 PM, in the comfort of your home. No experience is necessary. You can either sit in a chair or if you prefer, a cushion on the floor. Please join us if it is convenient for you.
