Parade participants assemble at 11:00 AM at West 3rd St and Rockwell Ave.

Parade steps off at Noon from West 3rd St. and follows E. Lakeside Ave to E. 9th St,  to the rally and festival at Voinovich Park  (Behind Rock & Roll Hall of Fame)
